Solar Clinics in Uganda Are Attending Twice as Many Births

An analysis of a decade of data from Let There Be Light International's solar-electrified clinics in Uganda found 11.5 extra operating hours a day, about 49 more patients a week, and attended births up 107%. Reliable light after dark is what lets midwives deliver babies safely through the night.
