Royal Surrey Performed Its 10,000th Robotic-Assisted Surgery

The NHS trust's robotics programme has grown from a handful of cases in 2009 to one of the UK's busiest, treating more than 1,500 patients in 2024 alone. Some patients now go home the next day instead of spending a week in hospital, freeing around 10 beds a day for others.
