Five deaf schoolgirls from Abuja, Nigeria, became global finalists at the 2026 Technovation Girls World Summit with Saving Pad, an AI-powered app that maps nearby sanitary pad banks and tracks supplies. They have already piloted it across three special schools, with plans to expand nationwide.
