Waymo Robotaxis Have Prevented an Estimated 841 Injury Crashes

Across 271 million rider-only miles through June 2026, Waymo reports 95% fewer serious-injury crashes and 82% fewer injury crashes than human benchmarks, adding up to an estimated 841 injury crashes that never happened. Cyclist and pedestrian injury crashes fell even further, down 86% and 93%.
