Haptic Wristband Turns Facial Expressions Into Touch
ALEYE pairs smart glasses with a wristband that translates facial expressions, gestures, and body language into distinct vibration patterns, giving blind, low-vision, and DeafBlind users access to the nonverbal cues that carry so much of conversation. It was just named one of TIME's Best Inventions of 2026 in the Accessibility category.
