Tested on more than 1,300 cognitively unimpaired adults, scores resembling Alzheimer's predicted faster decline, amyloid buildup and conversion over five to 15 years, with an AUC of 0.85. The work is published in Science Advances and remains a research-stage risk model, not a clinical test.
