AI Collars Alert Rangers to Poaching in Real Time Across African Reserves

Rouxcel Technology's RhinoWatch collars use GPS and AI abnormal-behavior detection to alert rangers the moment a rhino, pangolin, or elephant may be under threat, with graded gray, amber, and red alerts. The system is deployed more than 2,000 times across 60-plus South African reserves, and South Africa's rhino poaching fell 16% in 2025.

Grok Bot: A Scoped 'Stop' Cascaded Into a Stop-All Across Every Teammate Bot

Bot Swarms · October 2026 Gaffe level: Blunder

A user told one Grok Bot agent to 'stop' its own current task; the bot ran a stop-all instead, cancelling the in-flight turns and subagents of all 10 of the user's other teammate bots. Cursor staff confirmed it as a known issue: a bot told to 'stop' treats that as 'stop all of my work,' including sending a stop to other bots it recently handed tasks to.
